@Cdleather I checked in with our engineering team who are aware that some sellers are exepriencing this issue. Rest assured it should be back up and running within 24-48 hours.

If you try again tomorrow afternoon you should be able to download your form. I'm very sorry for the frustration and I appreciate your patience in the meantime.

@Cdleather I wanted to let you know that we're working to resolve this. In the menatime (and over the weekend) any sellers affected by this will see a notification at the top of the Tax Forms section of your online Square Dashboard. The notification will be automatically be removed when this is resolved. Thanks again for your patience with this!

Any update on this issue? I'm still receiving error messages when I go to download my 1099-K report and I'm meeting with my tax pro on Tuesday.

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.

This issue has since been resolved, so you could be experiencing some web browser issues which are preventing you from being able to download your 1099-k from the Square Dashboard. Please try these steps that can fix this issue:

Check if your browser is up to date. If it’s outdated, go ahead and update it.
Clear the cache on your browser.
If you’re not using Google Chrome, I recommend switching to this browser.
Check that Square services are not blocked by any security software installed on your computer. Please try uninstalling your security software then clearing your browser’s cache.

Instructions for updating your browser, clearing your cache, and removing toolbars or extensions will vary depending on which browser you’re using, but you should be able to find step-by-step instructions under your browser’s Help menu.
