      <description>&lt;P&gt;HELP! This button is critical to my monthly sales reporting to artists! What happened to the button/is there a go around to get that report downloadable? If not I have to transfer my store to a different POS. I can't write checks off of the awful user interface that is the items sales report!&lt;/P&gt;

I just tested this, and I think I know what could be happening here. First, make sure that you are logging into your Square Dashboard using a Chrome web browser. Once you're viewing your&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Item Sales Report&lt;/STRONG&gt;, you may see scroll bars appear on both the right-hand side of your computer screen and along the very bottom of your screen.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Using those scroll bars, scroll all the way to the right and to the top, and you should see that&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Export&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;button in the top right-hand corner of your screen.       <description>&lt;P&gt;On my phone it says there is an error. On my computer when I try to pull a report for more than a year that I cannot which I’ve never had a problem with. When I try to do a custom report The export button is grayed out so if I try to click on it the X appears to let me know I can’t.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
