    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently deactivate an old location as we decided to combine into one area.&amp;nbsp; Square says that when you deactivate a location, the old information is all still there and can be accessed, but on my online dashboard there is nothing.&amp;nbsp; I can't see the old location, access any reports, or do anything else.&amp;nbsp; I called square support but they were not able to resolve the situation at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear that your issue wasn't resolved by our Support Team. Sometimes we miss the mark with our best answers, but we will try our best to find a solution for you here.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You &lt;EM&gt;should&lt;/EM&gt; be able to see all previously deleted location on the main page of your Online Dashboard! Once logged in, you will see a toggle drop-down that lists all active locations, as well as previously deleted locations. This will appear directly on the left side of the date and time.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Inactive locations are also viewable from the &lt;A href="http://squ.re/2wJo5Ui" target="_blank"&gt;Locations Tab&lt;/A&gt; within your Account &amp;amp; Settings Menu!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;
