&lt;P&gt;If you're using data, it&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;could&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;be that the connection isn't strong enough. But I would also run through&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/4992-square-point-of-sale-app-troubleshooting" target="_blank"&gt;these troubleshooting steps&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to see if they help.
