&lt;P&gt;Since your clients are&amp;nbsp;still receiving notification reminders of their appointments, the good news is that your appointments haven't&amp;nbsp;gone anywhere&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":party_popper:"&gt;🎉&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;What you've described reminds me of&amp;nbsp;situations I've encountered&amp;nbsp;when a seller has accidentally or unknowingly created&amp;nbsp;a second Square account.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I can't be sure without being able to take a closer look at your account, but our Customer Success team would be able to dive in with you.
