Using Square Terminal for Multiple Accounts

I have two different accounts for different businesses that are run out of the same space. I know that I can sign out (not log out) of the terminal and sign in to the other account on the Terminal. A user/team member can then log in to make transactions.

The problem is that when I sign out I am asked for a passcode. The only one that seems to work is the owner passcode. This means that my employees cannot switch accounts on the terminal without knowing the owner passcode.

I've searched the team permissions and found nothing associate with signing out (not logging out) of a device.

Any help is appreciated.

@wyldbill - Sounds like you're looking to enable the permission, Change settings, which allows employees to sign out of POS using their pass-code.

Keep in mind - this a all or nothing feature so if you enable this for your employees, they'll be able to access and make high level actions, like change the bank account or edit biz info.
