&lt;P&gt;I can't say I've ever seen this error from my experience but it'd be best to &lt;A href="http://squ.re/contact" target="_blank"&gt;reach out to our Appointments team directly&lt;/A&gt; either by phone or email to look into your setup with you.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I just don't have access to your account from here to see how things are set up/if they're set up properly but they can help you further from their end or file a ticket if it's not behaving as expected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Message to client not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;While booking an appointment for a client, it gives you an option to send the client a message with the appointment details. Everytime I write a client a message, they do not receive it. Why is this and how do I fix this issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
