Items added to my Item Library cannot be accessed as Featured Items or in the Shop All link

I've got 3 items in my Library in a new Square site I've created. When I'm in Site Design trying to add Featured Items, only one of the 3 items show as being able to add. And its not even the current version of that item. I've linked the Shop All button and when I publish the site, click on that button, all I can see is this one outdated item - Not all 3 items.

When I go to select all 3 items as Featured Items this is what it shows me:

Then on the published website, here's what I see when I hit Shop All:

After hours of trial & error and utter frustration, I'm trying the Community for help & advice. I'm not new to this as I've created websites on other webhosting sites with very little difficulty.

I had this problem starting Tuesday 10/29 and have been trying to figure it out all week. So much time spent on the computer when I have lots of other things to do for my business. Tech support said yesterday when I called give it a few hours and it should work after they cleared the cashe on there end. Nothing all day yesterday and still the same thing this morning. It's very frustrating.
