Are you running this issue on the Dashboard or through the POS&amp;nbsp;app?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If&amp;nbsp;the app is&amp;nbsp;giving&amp;nbsp;you&amp;nbsp;trouble, mind running through &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/4992-square-point-of-sale-app-troubleshooting" target="_blank"&gt;these troubleshooting steps&lt;/A&gt;.       <title>Add Inventory function has failed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;At our gallery we have suddenly been unable to add inventory on an existing system we have had for years. It reverts to 0. It appears to be software based.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem at my coffee shop - inventory list within my Square system will not let me add amount (stock) to my inventory list - it just defaults to "0".&amp;nbsp; The system was working fine, but about 3 weeks ago the problem started.&amp;nbsp; I have posted this problem, but have not gotten any response yet&lt;/P&gt;</description>
