IS Epson TM-m30 printer is compatible with Square Reader?I got error below when integrating square with Epson printer

I don't see that specific model on the supported list.

The Epson TM-M30 is supported for IOS currently, but not for Android products. We do currently have Android support in Beta, so this will be supported soon if you are using Android, pending a successful beta.

Keep an eye out here in the Community for updates on Android Support for Epson printers, we'll be sure to announce it when it does launch.
