Records prior to 2022 have disappeared

Why have all of my records for 2017-2021 disappeared? I can no longer run reports going prior to Jan. 2022. This isn't a personal account. It is my BUSINESS and I need to be able to access this information. If the info was going to be archived, shouldn't I have received a notice alerting me to backup the data since I wouldn't be able to access it any longer? I do not keep paper records. I expect my electronic records to be maintained. Is there anyway I can access past data?

You may have to manually enter the date range in the report. I just tried my reports from June of 2019 till December 2019 and they are still there. Just make sure you tape the Date area then fill in as they have the date 06/01/2019 for no longer than a Year at a time. You can only pull a report for 1 years time frame with Square so June 1st till may 30th the following year.

I had to type in the Dates inside the Green circle after tapping the area in the Red circle in the picture above.
