Where are my Online Store sales reported?

When I run my sales report, it doesn’t include my website sales. Is there any way to get these to report?

Online Sales are grouped under Gross Sales in your Sales Summary Report. However, you can filter your report to only show online store sales by using the filter buttons at the top:

Filter by > Source > Online Store.

How do I see the total amount of all sales in one report? Why isn't this showing up?
