&lt;P&gt;There are a couple of things to check whenever you're closing the back of your Terminal. I would try these steps with no paper in it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It's important for to align the "teeth" of the door and press so they snap in place, prior to trying to close. If that doesn't work, you can reach out to our &lt;A href="http://squ.re/ccode" target="_blank"&gt;Hardware Team&lt;/A&gt; directly. They can also give us a call and we can walk them through it or send a link to purchase a new door (approx. 15$), if needed.&lt;/P&gt;
