Problems accessing online store back-end

I'm having trouble accessing the back end of my online store. When I click the Online store links (either sidebar or main page) in my Square dashboard, I get a 404 error like the link between Square and weebly is broken. Is this happening to anyone else or do I need to submit a support ticket?

They asked me what browser I'm using. I'm sure that's not the problem, but what browser are you using?

@hrhammond Okay so I cleared my browser cache, restarted the browser, logged in like normal, clicked the link and it worked this time. Maybe they updated something? Anyway, it appears to be working now.
