phone won't link with terminal,already lost one transaction,can I start as new because everything is just gone off line, password,ect.Need to start new, thank you.

Hey @SmittySmith - Sorry to hear you're experience using the Square Terminal hasn't been smooth sailing thus far. Maybe I can try to help turn it around.

From what I gather, you're dealing with a couple issues:

1. Connecting your mobile hotspot to the Terminal for internet access.

2. Password invalid when logging in.
