Have you tried rebooting or &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/8349-troubleshoot-failed-software-update-on-square-terminal-and-square-register" target="_self"&gt;factory resetting&lt;/A&gt; the register? Also, make sure the device is up to date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Despite setting the permissions for our employees to be able to "&lt;SPAN&gt;back out of customer-facing payment screen" the POS is still requiring a manager PIN to back out of the payment screen before a card is presented.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
