    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/664508"&gt;@Lilrhody&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you sure of the Printers IP Address?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I usually have to go into my Router and then see attached Devices to get the IP address.&amp;nbsp; Now my router also can Set Static IP addresses for devices so the device always gets the same address.&amp;nbsp; For my Start Printer I can also Print out a configuration or settings page which displays the IP address.&amp;nbsp; I have had to do this after power outages, because the Receipt printer when reconnected gets a different address but after 5 minutes or a power reset get the correct Static address.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not sure what Router your using to set a Static address but I use netgear routers and after signing in I can view Attached devices, and under Advanced settings I can configure what I want Static addresses to be for certain devices that connect to my Routers Wired or Wireless network.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;On my Square Stand I can print out a Test receipt which Prints out the current Address if the Printer is attached and configured correctly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a stock printer, a a few different models I can never pull up the static IP based on how they say to do it according to the star instructions. I’m trying to connect my hand held terminal to a printer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
