why cant i contact someone??? my answer/question/key words arent pulling up any information...

im looking for information to have multiple users, so my staff can access their own appopintments calendar. keeps saying the thread is removed, no matter what i type in. so theres no information and no way to contact them... wtf? why isnt there access to be able to call support? sure want my fees and money tho
