My kitchen printer is printing two duplicate copies for every order. How do I fix that?

Printer issue is with the Star SP742. Burning through so much paper.

Started happening sporadically a few days ago. We are only doing online orders through Square for my restaurant as well as walk-up. Happens only with online orders.

Have you tried going through our printer troubleshooting? Hopefully those steps do the trick for you since it sounds like it's happening sporadically. But if you're still having some issues, you may want to reach out to our CS team so they can dig into it.
