Variation in Dashboard but not Displaying

We have a fundraising site with one item. It had 5 variations. 4 had prices and one was "Custom Amount" where people could enter the amount they want to give. All was fine until I deleted 2 of the priced variations. Now the "Custom Amount" shows in the dashboard but not on the live site. Any suggestions?

Hmm, you can't sell an item online with a custom amount. Just making sure I understand, Are you talking about donations? @PTAsite

Yes, donations. We had a custom amount which was working fine until we deleted 2 of the other options. Now it shows in dashboard but not on live site.

@PTAsite You can double check here for the steps on how to set up your Donations. See if that gets you back where you need to be. Otherwise if you're still having trouble, you might want to contact our team.
