Woocommerce sales not syncing into Square data

Hi i have the Woocommerce Square plugin to connect my square appointment system and sales done in the shop with the Woocommerce online store. While the inventory syncs, and the stock sold syncs, the orders and order data doesn't show. For example, I make a sale through Square in the shop but it doesn't show in woocommerce, and - the woocommerce sales don't show on the Square dashboard. What results is that I can't see all the sales data in one place.

Is there something i can do to make this possible, or is anyone able to help me with this?

Hey there, @louise2 -

To start - I would check with WooCommerce to see if there is anything they can provide troubleshooting on their end.

Once you do that, then I would recommend reaching out to our Appointments team directly. It sounds like this is account specific and they would be able to submit a ticket, if necessary.
