    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, i help run a non profit group that takes in funds for weekly events that goes back into the society to keep itself funded. Recently I took over payments and setup square with a contactless reader. At first I had setup 2 location and items but I didn't like the reporting issues it caused by having 2 different locations (having team switch back and forth) to see what transactions took place (multiply volunteer).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So I deactivated 1 location, and deleted all items to both location recreated the items (~12) on one location I had set to physical and assign team permissions to that one locations.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Only I the owner see all the correct items and team members only see the old list and unable to select the correct location (stuck on the one I deactivated)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Whenever you look in your Item Library - do you see each item has the location name or does it say&amp;nbsp;"No Location"?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;They would only show up in yours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Take a look and let me know if that doesn't do the trick.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
