&lt;P&gt;There are two common reasons you might receive an error message when trying to send a message:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Missing Customer Information&lt;/STRONG&gt; - Your customer’s contact information might not be on file with Square. You can learn more about setting up customer information collection tools to ensure their details are captured accurately.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Unsubscribed Customer&lt;/STRONG&gt; - If a customer has unsubscribed from Square Messages, they won’t receive messages sent through this feature.&lt;/LI&gt;
