Why are my customers automatically getting free shipping at checkout?

My website is automatically giving customers free shipping. No other options are offered, even though I have selected pick up/local delivery as an option. We are also on the plan for real time shipping calculations. Not sure what I need to be looking for. Thanks for any help you can offer?

It sounds as if it's possible that you haven't set up your shipping settings yet, @Romo997. Have you had a chance to look at this article about setting up Real Time Shipping?

I think the other thing you've mentioned is that you aren't seeing the pickup or delivery options when you've added an item to the cart. This thread should shine a light on how your customers are able to change the desired fulfillment method. Please let me know if you have questions after taking a peek, or if I didn't quite hit the nail on the head!
