I referred someone with my link, the downloaded the square app and have been using it for about two weeks and neither one of us is getting the $1000 of free charges. We are both being charged a fee to charge credit cards. I emailed square with no response from anyone

Hi @1269bigdaddy I'm sorry to hear about this. Make sure you go to Account & Settings > Get free processing in the Square Dashboard to accept the reward as well.

If it's still not there, let me know and I can take a closer look. It could also be that the person accepting your referral had an account with us they forgot about.

I sent Michael my link to download the square app. He has been using it and we both are still being charged a % to use it. I’ve checked my dashboard and it says I have no rewards
