Ugh - we just ordered gift cards from Square not realizing it's yet another feature the virtual terminal connected to a tap/swipe terminal doesn't work with. We also rolled out the Square Loyalty Program with a huge announcement just to realize that doesn't work either. Strange that Square isn't putting work into the virtual terminal connected to a tap/swipe terminal. How else do you do retail?

I setup 2 Square Terminals at my store to sell retail. For me I did not see the need to be with the person to make the sale, more so have the customer get their items and bring them to the Checkout location.
