&lt;P&gt;Do you know which Star Micronics printer it is? There are quite a few, and not all of them are compatible with all of our hardware. Once you track down which printer you have, take a look at our &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/6334-hardware-compatibility-by-device" target="_blank"&gt;hardware compatibility&lt;/A&gt; page to confirm that your printer is compatible with the device you're currently using to accept payments with.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having trouble getting Square to recognize a Star Micronics bluetooth printer as an available printer in Square when using an iPad.&amp;nbsp; The device is connected to the iPad in the Settings of the OS but not appearing when I try to create a printer station.&amp;nbsp; Anyone else had trouble with this?&amp;nbsp; Support at Star Micronics seemed to think it was an issue with Square, not the printer itself.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
