Why is my Instagram booking not working?

I have a “BOOK NOW” button on my business page. I had a client that had a hard time booking themselves. When I click on it and I click “book appointment” it has a list of my services. When you check what you want then its suppose to have “continue” in the bottom right corner but it wasn’t and therefore my clients couldn’t book themselves. How to fix this?
