Cash Deposit Location Issue

I would like to make a cash deposit into my account. When it comes up with a location that's supposed to be within 5 miles of where I am, it's actually 97 miles away. This is the only location that comes up. I have tried restarting my phone and logging out of the app, but it didn't help. Why does it think I'm somewhere else?

I have never used that feature, but is it possible that is the closest participating location to accept the funds?

Were you able to get this resolved? If not, please make sure your location services are enabled and that the app is updated to the latest version. You can also try deleting and reinstalling the app, then rebooting your device.
