Emails are blurry when viewed from a mobile device.

I am trying to send out emails from my online store, but the pics are all blury on the mobile version. Desktop looks fine. Pics are fine on website, just blury on the email.

also some of the links dont work. is there a way to fix that ourselves.

I am just using one of the automatic design templates.
