This may be an issue of a customer's browser security settings being set to the max, but they couldn't access my Weebly site due to a Trojan/malware. Is there a way to check my Weebly site for issues like these? Thanks!

Your weebly site being infected with malware is quite unlikely if not impossible. There are a few things you should confirm before we assume the worst about your website:

1. If your customer is accessing your website using their computer, make sure they check their date and time. Browsing will be reported as unsafe if the date and time conflicts with what is reported back while browsing. It's a security feature.

2. Are you absolutely sure you have SSL certification? To confirm this, go to your website, preferably in incognito mode, by typing in the domain without www. or any other prefix. If the address populates with "https://" as the prefix, then you have SSL certification. If it appears as "http://", then your website will be reported as unsafe. Regardless, try again by typing "www." as your prefix before going to your weebly site. You'll want to make sure both of them populate "https://" once navigating to your site. If they don't, you'll need to get that fixed before continuing.

3. If this does not occur again with any other users, or customers, it's likely this specific user has an issue with their device that needs to be looked at. Ask them to access your website using another device to see if the error comes up again.

I also received the error. In short, you should check your SSL certification settings from within weebly.

I apparently need a paid package for SSL certificate settings. Those settings aren't available on my free account. Good to know. Thanks for the info.
