Client Rescheduling Issue

I am having issues with clients who reschedule themselves using the appointment reminder link(s). They reschedule to a new appointment, yet, they still have their old appointment in place. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this issue? Does anyone know if this is a Square error? I don't have the time to check for double booked clientele. Thank you!

Welcome back to the Community, @waxstudio2 -

There is the option to allow you to approve all Appointments that customers try to book. This can be done in your Dashboard under Appointments > Settings > Calendar & Booking > Reservation Guarantee.

Another option would be to turn off the ability to have customers cancel or reschedule their appointments.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

I am new to Square and so far I like what I have seen. However, when a confirmation is sent to a client, is there a way to only allow them to cancel the appointment, and not be able to reschedule without actually calling me? Thanks in advance for any help!

I found that option, but I prefer to only have the "Cancel" option, not the "reschedule" option. Can this be done?
