I have the same thing happen to me. You can see on mine that my watermark is cut off. I tried using the different crop versions, but none work for all my pictures. Some pictures are square, some are different ratios, so one blanket ratio setting isn't feasible unless I have to edit all my pictures to be all the same size? Plus, some are heavily zoomed in. As seen on websiteOriginal pic

Hey @KanzōDesign.

All of the images need to be the same aspect ratio, while we don't have an exact picture size we suggest that you try using an image that is 585 pixels wide and 440 pixels tall.

Please let me know if this helps.

Thank you @sayra! When I look at my preview, it appears that the ratio is a square currently. Can that be edited? Also, I know there is a zoom function to look at details, but is there one where the whole picture just pop out and increases in size when selected?

Hi there, @KanzoDesign - currently the aspect ratio does not have shape availability other than the square. Clicking on the images within your Online Store should expand the image itself for preview, but it may not allow full visibility depending on the size and shape of your photo when uploaded.

Gotcha. I found this in the settings. I haven't found that it changes anything, so just wondering where it belongs? I also checked, the zoom in function only enlarges an area within the square to focus on a special area vs the image popping out to be larger. Thank you! 🙏Settings > General

Hey @Joe! I've been at this for a while now and nothing seems to be working or I'm seriously missing something here. Though, from what google tells me this is a super common issue that has been around for many years w/o true resolution. Broken down to the basics, when I look at my pictures, the main one is rectangular, while the small preview ones are square. However I resize them, they don't fit and something always gets cropped. I've read somewhere to put a white background/border around, but I don't have 5 different softwares to do all that. Quite frankly, I almost have more options to add and edit pictures sizes here than I do on my own website. I'm getting seriously frustrated, because this is the last thing left to actually get this thing off the ground... please helpSiteOriginal 1:1
