How do I make my URL valid/clickable on Facebook?

Hi everyone! I just recently set up my Square store and so far things are going great. My only issue is that if I include the link to my shop in a Facebook post (eremitacreations.square.site) it's not recognized as a valid link, and no one can click it, which defeats the purpose of using Facebook to direct traffic to my site. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Is this an SEO thing maybe? Thanks!

Oh man, I wasn't getting notifications for this thread and had completely forgotten I'd posted this. I ended up making another similar post, but as of yet, I haven't gotten any helpful solutions.

The SEO stuff MASSIVELY confuses me. I have no idea what I'm doing, and while I thought I had adjusted the settings to actually make a clickable link, nothing changed when I added a thumbnail image or a link. I followed the how to article on Square and everything to no avail.

I don't understand why it can't just be automatic. Seems way more complicated than it needs to be.
