Appoint book won’t load for clients

So everytime a customer is clicking my link and then clicking “book now” it will not load.

it gets stuck on a loading screen forever and nothing happens

why is this happening ?

how do I fix it?

It looks like your Book Now button is working properly now, @Lalaxlashes!

I stopped by your Facebook page and was able to head straight to your booking site by clicking Book Now. If you're still running into a bit of trouble on your side, please get in touch with our Appointments team by reaching out directly.
