Unable to duplicate my website

I'm trying to duplicate one of my websites. When I'm on the Weebly home page, and click on the down arrow on the top left, it brings up my websites. Clicking on the three horizontal blue dots for the website I want to duplicate brings up a box which includes "Duplicate Site". However, when I click on "Duplicate Site", the following comes up: "Something went wrong... We were unable to copy your site". A few moments later, the copy of my site will appear, but when I open it, it's missing much of the information that is in my original website.

HI, Square is the primary platform now. The "Weebly" sites were grandfathered in.
