These &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/3843-email-notifications-from-square#email-delivery-issues" target="_blank"&gt;email notification tips&lt;/A&gt; should help with this, but it more than likely is related to the individual customer's email inbox settings, &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/319779"&gt;@Googe&lt;/a&gt;. These receipt emails could be caught by their spam folders, filtered into a specific email folder, or be blocked by their email administrator. It's also entirely possible that some of these customers unsubscribed from &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5212-automatic-receipts" target="_blank"&gt;automatic receipts&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're still not sure what's going on, our &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/contact?panel=FAB456B04971&amp;amp;skip_unit_select=true" target="_blank"&gt;Support team&lt;/A&gt; would be able to take a closer look at your Square account to see if there's anything we can&amp;nbsp;adjust on our side.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
