My Weebly website has Google and Apple Pay enabled, but Google doesn't recognize that I do as per my merchant account. How can I fix this?

Hi there, @blingboss,

It sounds like you’ve already enabled Google Pay and Apple Pay on your Weebly website, great first step! If Google is still not recognizing your business as supporting Google Pay, there are a couple of things we recommend checking:

Verify Google Pay Integration
Please make sure your domain is correctly verified with Google Pay. Even if it’s enabled in your Square/Weebly settings, Google requires domain verification to list you as an active Google Pay merchant. You can do this through the Google Pay Business Console by adding and verifying your website domain.
Check Google Merchant Account Settings
Log into your Google Pay Merchant Center and ensure that your merchant account is active and fully set up, including payment methods, business details, and website URL. If your website isn't listed or the status is incomplete, this could be the reason it’s not recognized.
SSL Certificate & HTTPS
Google Pay requires your site to be secure. Please double-check that your website uses HTTPS and has a valid SSL certificate.

If everything above is already set up correctly and you're still seeing issues, we recommend reaching out to Google Pay support directly for further clarification, they may be able to provide more insight into their listing or approval process.

So, I've been trying to figure this out. Am I correct in that I have to add some code to my index.html page to integrate the Google Pay button? To access my index.html, I go to the theme and click on the button on the bottom page edit html/css. Now where do I place the code?

I have to upload photos of the buyflow integrated with the Google Pay API before I'll get approved for integration.

My business is verified on Google, and I have my merchant account set up. I cannot get approved because I don't have screenshots of the buyflow. Does anyone have any instructions on how to do this?

Has anyone else set up Google Pay successfully?
