    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are seeing that transactions were &lt;EM&gt;processed&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;as cash transactions, this unfortunately means that they were also&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;accepted&lt;/EM&gt; as &lt;STRONG&gt;Ca&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;sh&lt;/STRONG&gt; transactions by the individual accepting payments. When a payment is entered into your Square Point of Sale app&amp;nbsp;as cash, money for these transactions are expected to be exchanged directly between you and your customer and will not be transferred by Square, &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/331722"&gt;@CVM&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My internet had a gliche on Friday, November 13.&amp;nbsp; My cashier did not know not to accept the offline payments.&amp;nbsp; When internet restored, the credit card transactions came through as cash sale instead of credit card sale.&amp;nbsp; Why?&amp;nbsp; Internet was restored but the offline payment did not go through.&amp;nbsp; Please advise.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
