Unable to sync items

I have tried everything I know to do to get a new item I just created to show up on my site. I have checked everything I know to check. It says it's visible and it has exactly the same modifiers/options/delivery methods as all of my other items. I am so frustrated.

@KMSPTA Were you able to get it to work? We had a similar issue recently.
