&lt;P&gt;Depending on your specific account, you might not have phone support available, or you might have limited hours of support. If your account doesn't have phone support, Email is the only way to communicate so that there is proper documentation of the conversations.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Pulling data from deactivated location - urgent!!</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;We created a separate "location" to take Christmas pre-orders in the last week.&amp;nbsp; To stop people from ordering, we deactivated that location this morning.&amp;nbsp; We need to pull reports of the items that were ordered so we know how much to make, but unfortunately, the "Locations" filter is no longer available either on the Transactions menu or in the Reporting menu, so we are unable to pull those numbers.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please note that prior to deactivating the location, that Location was available and we were regularly checking this data throughout the week.&amp;nbsp; It only stopped being available when we deactivated it.&lt;/DIV&gt;

&lt;DIV&gt;I reactivated the location to see if this would help, but unfortunately, no difference - no data is coming up when I click on it - it's as if no orders were taken at that location at all (even though I know we took more than 80 orders).&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;Not only do we need these sales reports, but our staff needs to print these order tickets from the POS so we can fill the orders properly.&amp;nbsp; We were waiting to print them all at once.&amp;nbsp; Again when we switch to the Christmas "location" no orders come up on the POS.&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;Can someone please help us with this???&amp;nbsp; It's urgent we get this resolved, as we'll be filling Christmas orders starting tomorrow!!!&lt;/DIV&gt;
