Remove tracking not working

Hi there,

We are trying to remove inventory tracking from an item. I go into the item and toggle it to "off" then save. When I re-open the item, Inventory tracking is still switched to "on". See video.

I've tried exporting the items as a CSV then removing the # in the quantity column and re-uploading, but this has no impact.

I also tried editing the "Enable [location]" column to "N" and re-uploading. This works, but it also removes the item from the location. When I add the location back in the item window, tracking comes back on and it's updated with the previous quantity that was in the system.

We really need to be able to turn tracking off completely for certain items. Can anyone help?

Hi @pomellaoakland. I tested doing the same with an item in my own account but I didn't see what you do in your video. What browser are you using? Does it stay off if you try this with a different browser?
