I can't connect my Terminal to my hotspot on my cell phone. Seems like I'm locked out. It has worked fine in the past. My Terminal is off line.

Quick clarifying question - what specifically do you mean by locked out? Are you having trouble accessing your phone itself?

My hotspot

Tommy hotspot is locked

It won't let me enter password when I touch Tommy hotspot

It stays locked

My Tommy hotspot is locked It appears with a lock. When I touch it Enter password doesn't come up like all the other internet connections

It sounds like you are trying to connect to a hotspot with locked access. More info on this here. @7t8om

Phone works fine Says off line Can't connect my hotspot

Tommy hotspot shows up on Terminal locked I touch and password box won't come up

So the man at the phone store had me sign out Change the spelling of my hotspot then sign back in and it connected
