Inventory items missing SCU !!

Square has recently been randomly wiping items SCU from inventory from items I've had forever but the stock and title are still there! Why is this happening and how can I prevent it from happening? Also my business uses an outdated iPad could that be apart of the problem?

Definitely could be the problem. I've never heard of SKUs being deleted phantomly.

Have you tried updating the iOS and the Square app version?

Yes, I make sure to check daily for updates for all devices... Some items even act like they were never even entered before and I've had them for years!

We were also using shopventory could that be apart of the problem also?
