Business closure for holidays

We are closed on major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc) and I would like our online booking to reflect that. Is there a simple way close our spa for appointments only on certain days - without otherwise changing our business hours. Thanks!

Hi @MeganTh and welcome to the Seller Community! There isn't a way for this to happen automatically, but you can block off certain days/hours to prevent customers from booking when you're out of office.

To block off time from your online Appointments dashboard:

Head to your Calendar.
Click on the day you’d like to block.
Click anywhere on your daily calendar or click and drag your cursor to select a block of time.
Select Personal Event in the top left corner of the pop-up window.
Add an event title (e.g., busy, meeting, available).
Ensure the Block Time button is toggled on to block clients from booking on your calendar during this event.
If you’re blocking time for one of your staff, click the arrow next to your name to see your list of staff and click the individual.
Customize this calendar event further by adding additional notes, specify the exact dates and times, and make it an all day or a repeating event.
Click Save.

Hi MeganTh,

go to:

1. online

2. fulfillment

3. pickup delivery

4. select location (if more than one)

a. select edit

b. select ordering timing

c. scroll down to RESTRICTED DATES

d. add your dates (ex: 12/25) also, you check repeat every year

christmas, new year falls on the same date every year.. not thanksgiving

e. then "HIT SAVE"

HOPEFULLY this is what you are look for.
