Multiple Boxes Under One Item

Hello,

I have RTS set up but I am running into a problem. I have several items that I am selling that has different variant sizes. Each of these items ship in a different size box. As of right now I have the box size set for this item as the biggest box. But is there a way we can have different size boxes for each size under the one item? By only having the larger size box in the shipping it is causing the shipping to be higher on all the items.

Just so we're on the same page, you sell an item, but the item has different variations that a custom can choose from. Each of the variations is a different size making the box you need to ship in larger?

It's not possible to assign boxes based on variations so you would need to create an entirely separate item for each variation.

How are you currently calculating shipping rates? Do you use a manual rule set, or do you have Real Time Shipping enabled?

Can you also please post a link to the item you are referring to? I'd like to take a closer look at. a few things. Thanks!
