Shipping Refund Question

I am trying to issue a partial shipping refund and it will not let me. It keeps saying that the purchase was made on square online and I need to contact them in order to fix it. I am trying to issue it from my square online dashboard but it's not working. Anyone have any ideas how to get it to go through? I overcharged shipping on an item and I need to refund some of it.

Seeing new faces in the Community is great to see, Welcome!

Since the transaction you're looking to refund is in Square Online, then you will have to go there in your Dashboard to process it.

Dashboard > Online > Orders > Find Order > Refund Items

From there, you can select a whole item to refund or there is a text box to enter a partial amount.
