Square for WooCommerce: Alternative Payment Gateways Hidden

Hello Square Community / Staff,

On our website, we are experiencing a little bit of a bug. We have enabled additional payment gateways, one of them being Cash on Delivery.

Here's what's up:

Square for WooCommerce - Active
Square Connected - Successful
Square Processing - Functional

Here's what's not up:

Cash Upon Delivery - Active - Not visible on checkout - Square is the only remaining gateway
Bank Transfer - Active - Not visible on checkout - Square is the only remaining gateway
Any alternative method of payment will not display.

Here's what was tried to alleviate display:

Installed plugin: WooCommerce Disable Payment Methods based on cart conditions
- Included some conditions for Square to be enabled and disabled:
  - Enable Square @ Cart Total >= $3000
  - Disable Square @ Cart Total <= $3000

The result:

Nothing shows up despite the cart total being under or over $3000
Square remains dominant and only payment gateway at checkout

This would be fine in our own unique situation if:

If we could enable ACH / Bank Transfer through Square itself without a fee through the plugin as an option

Desired result:

Square shows up without inhibiting the display of other payment gateways or overpowering the rulesets that are made by the plugin WooCommerce Disable Payment Methods based on cart conditions.

WordPress Version: 5.7

Square For WooCommerce Version: 2.4.0

WooCommerce Version: 5.1.0

Hey @HyruleCat and welcome to the Seller Community.

I tried reaching out to the API team on this one and they let me know that because WooCommerce is a third party with us, you'd need to reach out to them to troubleshoot this since they built the integration and not Square.

We don't have a way to troubleshoot it on our end unfortunately. Sorry- wish I had a better answer!
