Missing Transactions Days Later

Saturday (4/3/21), when we checked out we had done $2,179+ in business - everything processed normal including the cash drawer receipts. When I went to update a running spreadsheet from The Daily Sales Report it says $1,249. Where did the other $900 go? I can't backtrack 1/3 of our business on that day..

Okay, that's weird. Once the transaction is complete there's no reason for it to disappear in your reporting.

The only thing I can think of: make sure on your reports all your filters are removed and you're not looking at specific employees. If you're looking from a tablet versus your web dashboard I've seen times where Square remembers your last report settings.

Square support team assisted. Seems Square has a bit of an issue with 'same day' reports past mid-night. Since we have been under Covid restrictions and had to lose at 11pm we simply ran into the issue before now. It's going to get a bit troublesome now that we are going to stay open into the 'next' report day.
