When I try to use manual card entry it keeps saying declined. My question is, is there a maximum amount when using the manual entry option?

Hello @escentsofhue !

As far as I know, the maximum entry amount is $50,000.

If the card is getting declined and you're under the limit, there is a chance your customers bank has put a daily limit on their spending in order to prevent fraud.

I'd say have your customer contact their bank and authorize a transaction for that dollar amount. That should solve the problem.
